NAMILIA offers a 14-day return window for all items in their original, unworn condition with all tags and sanitary stickers intact. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain intimate apparel and accessories may be ineligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all brand labels and security tags are attached to avoid a restocking fee.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Print your generated return label and drop off the package at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
